How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Do you offer professional assembly for decks and components?
Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings in a single order, you can request free assembly in the order notes, and we will ship it ready-to-ride.
What is your return policy on used skate gear?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days. Due to the nature of the sport, we cannot accept returns on boards that have been gripped, skated, or show signs of wear.
How do I know what size deck I should buy?
Deck size is largely preference, but generally, skaters with larger feet or those riding transition prefer 8.25" to 8.5"+, while technical street skaters often prefer 7.75" to 8.25".
Do you ship internationally?
Theory Skate Shop currently ships to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates and customs fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
